About

I am a fourth-year PhD candiate at UW-Madison. I am interested in multi-messenger astrophysics, specifically searching for high-energy sources of astrophysical neutrinos with the IceCube Neutrino Observatory. I perform searches for transient astrophysical neutrino sources in real-time, including following up LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA identified gravitational wave events.

Outside of physics, I enjoy playing French horn and being outside, hiking, biking, and swimming in the summer in Madison, and hanging out with my cat, Chili.

Astrobites

Science communication and outreach are an important part of science. As part of the Astrobites Collaboration I've written several blog posts covering a variety of topics, from astrophysical transients to gravitational wave sources.
